To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there is no manufacturer defect, all sales are final.
Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps.
You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.
Promotional Term & Conditions: For returns including promotional items, all items included in the promotion need to be returned. When the promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors
